We are fighting for human rights since centuries and we maybe succeeded in some proportions. Today there is a strong opinion against not only human slavery but also against animal-captivity or using animals for work.
The technology is contributing to the liberation of humans and animals. Particularly in the industrial countries, heavy and dangerous jobs are done by different kind of robots. The machines are becoming more and more sophisticated and can do not only the heavy work but also very advanced tasks as brain-surgery and space-navigation.
Some scientists have the vision that in the future the robots will replace the soldiers. Instead of a man killing another man, a machine will kill another machine.
Artificial intelligence is a part of our reality and we are happy that the machines can do the heavy and boring jobs and even think and kill for us.
But what will happen when the machines will become as intelligent that they will be aware of the fact that they are machines? Will the machines be conscious that they are created by humans and will show us respect and love?
What happen when the machines will think and feel the way we do? What will be their opinion about justice and fair when they will be aware that they are in a subordinate position not only to humans but also to each other?
There is a discussion about the rights of artificial intelligence but it seems to be limited to the relation between humans and machines not about the relation between a machine and another machine.
The relation between machines is the main subject of my investigation.
I find it absurd that we are trying to eliminate all kinds of slavery and in the same time we are creating a “New-World” in which the relationship between the machines is based on slavery.
You can se a gleam of the problem, If you, for example, follow the dialog that appears on the black screen while you start some computers. Before “Windows” starts you can read sentences like this: ”Detecting HDD Primary Slave, Detecting HDD Secondary Master, Detecting HDD Secondary Slave)

While sitting in front a Computer, waiting for Windows to load, I started reflecting on what the text on the screen means.

The technicians are building a New World based on Master and Slave technology. The world of the artificial intelligence is more or less a copy of our existing world. This is based on the superiority of the intelligence and predestinated subordination.
Maybe is not a problem today but can become a big problem in the future if /when the artificial intelligence will be aware of their reality.
I would like to rise questions about Master and Slave technology, and I hope to find that it is possible to create communication and collaboration between machines based on equality.
We can see and feel that a lot of things in our world are wrong and we wish we had the chance to make them differently. Now we maybe have a chance to change the way the artificial intelligence will live their lives. Historically we maybe are in an era similar to the period before the Life was designed. If we stop for a moment and learn from our history we maybe can create a better future for The Artificial Intelligence.
We have heard to many times desperate people crying: ”If God created this world, why did he create it such unfair?”
I hope that in the future the artificial intelligence will not have to say: ”If humans created this world, why did they create it such inhuman?”
